Djena Graves Lennix, Director of Business Development
Prior to joining ICV, Mrs. Lennix was a Senior Associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Morgan Stanley focused on energy and utility companies. In this capacity Mrs. Lennix worked on several buy-side and sell-side engagements. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Mrs. Lennix worked as a process engineer at Lyondell-Citgo Refining Company in the lubricants group. Mrs. Lennix serves on the Board of Directors of ACG New York, Women’s Association of Venture and Equity –New York, Steering Committee, Harlem Success Charter School and Girls Educational and Mentoring Services. Djena Graves Lennix holds a BS degree cum laude in chemical engineering from Florida A&M University and a Masters in Business Administration from the Stern School of Business at New York University where she was a Consortium for Graduate Study in Management Fellow.
